OMG!

I can't believe I haven't posted since July - where did that go??!!

Well my holidays are nearly over - I have tomorrow left :( But I will be back to working part time thank goodness. I'm just not cut out for full time. How do people do it?

I have had a wonderful break. It was great to catch up with Viv and all the gang in Albany and the weather was just perfect. It didn't get over 25 the whole time I was there.

One night we watched Nigella create all this beautiful food so the next day I went shopping for the ingredients. We had Red Kidney Bean dip with corn chips, Lamb Onion and Olive Tagine with rice and Icecream with cookies and choc bits and butterscotch sauce - yummo! The recipes are so easy!

Today I was still in the mood for cooking so made some plum jam and cut up tomatoes and onions ready for relish. I'll finish that tomorrow.

Hope to do some scrapping tomorrow too - I want to get Marion's recipe journal on its way :)
Only one DS home tomorrow evening - DH away in Carnarvon and other DS going to Augusta with a mate for a couple of days :)
