I can't believe how time has been flying along.....and it's almost the end of January. It's Australia Day today so we have an extra day for the weekend - woohoo!! I've been trying to get the study into some kind of order so it can actually function as an office now that DH has started work! Yes, he commenced his first consultancy job last week and is really enjoying it. I get to send out our first invoice this week :)
Cleaning, being the boring job it is, really gives you time to think. And I've been pondering the layout I'll create for Chookscraps Survivor. I was knocked out first round last time and I'm expecting the same this time, but I still want to give it my best shot with a great layout. The criteria is blue, green and white and I found a photo of DH as a baby that would be perfect. It was taken professionally when he was a 1 year old and it's a gorgeous sepia photo that's been touched up like they used to - he has ruby red lips lol. Now I just have to figure out the layout and go through my stash for the perfect pp.
